Application Scope:

The Automatic Two-sided Zipper Film Sealing Machine manufactured by the Factory is applicable to inward film sealing for metal, plastic and nylon zippers. Besides the existing different specifications of 3#, 4#, 5#, 8# and10# in light of the zipper size, the machine can be also customized as specified by users.
This Tape film welding machine conducts the ultrasonic wave from the welding head (as shown in Figure 1) to the object to be processed, produces great heat through severe friction between two pieces of gum with the ultrahigh frequency of 20, 000 Hz per second and proper amplitude and swiftly dissolves the gum joint surface in one instant to complete the welding process.
