Application Scope and Features:

This machine is applicable to gapping and stripping for metal zippers. Brushing the zipper teeth after die stripping will effectively ensure cleanness and precision of stripping. The counter, installed on the control panel for users to set the required quantity of zippers, can count a maximum number of 999,999 pieces each time and the machine will stop automatically when the quantity is reached.
This stripping machine for metal zipper covers an area of 2 square meters with the net weight of 200 kg and the output of 3000 pieces per hour (for 8-inch zippers).

Maintenance and Service of the Machine:

1, The metal gapping and stripping machine must be safely connected to the earth wire to prevent electric shock accidents.
2. Before activating the machine, add lubricant into the oil cups as needed (such as in the spindle and the front slide fit). Before going off work, turn off the power, disconnect the air supply, drain the water from the air filter, clear the foreign matter in the die and add rust prevention oil to the dies.
3. Maintain the zipper gapping machine once after using it for one year. Check the wearing situation of all parts which run frequently and replace the parts which are severely worn.
