1) Teeth-making
Teeth arrangement, that is, teeth making, refers to arrangement of teeth on all models of tapes. It consists of three main components: tape device, forming device, and brass wire feeding device.
2) Brass wire rack
Brass wire rack mainly serves the function of brass wire feeding.

Notes:

(1) Add a certain amount of lubricant into the forming component before turning on the machine
(2) Pay attention to measuring the size of zipper for production of gapping zippers
(3) Pay attention to measuring the dimension of zipper when turning on the machine
(4) Pay attention to examining whether the tape has any defect such as seam, color difference and small knots
(5) Check whether there are impurities in the tape delivery device or the zipper rail for production of light-colored tape
(6) Check if the brass wire or wooden wheel is inappropriate
